Responsibilities
Develop relationships with real estate investors, developers, and referral partners
•Identify financing opportunities and collect initial transaction information
•Help clients understand potential financing paths
•Coordinate with processing and underwriting teams
•Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records
•Build repeat and referral business
Preferred Qualifications
Experience originating investor, commercial, DSCR, bridge, fix-and-flip, or hard-money loans
•Strong sales and relationship-building skills
•Professional communication and follow-through
•Ability to analyze basic property and transaction information
•Reliable computer, internet, and phone access
•Ability to comply with applicable licensing, disclosure, and company requirements
Compensation
Compensation is based on the applicable written agreement and may vary by transaction, role, licensing status, and production. Any commission split, processing fee, expense, or eligibility requirement will be disclosed before engagement.
